Make an offer
Once you have found a suitable property, you’ll be required to complete a tenancy application where you are able to provide all the details for your references. Once you have supplied us with these details, we will submit your application to the Landlord for consideration.
Offer accepted
If you offer is accepted, we will then proceed to the following steps:
- Request payment of the holding deposit (equivalent to one weeks’ rent). This deposit is refundable, subject to the terms and conditions which can we found on the Tenant Offer Form.
- Provide your details to the refencing company for a full reference check. A successful reference check must be issued by our chosen company in order for you to proceed.

Move in
Once all of the checks have been completed and are satisfactory, we will arrange for the signing of the Tenancy Agreement and serve the correct de-regulation documentation in relation to the tenancy. An appointment will be made to hand over the keys and welcome you to your new home!
