With nearly a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Kyle Lovejoy-Carter brings both expertise and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals. From the beginning, he found himself drawn to the intricacies of mortgage financing and the opportunity to make the process clearer and less intimidating for his clients. In compliance with industry regulations, Kyle completed his Level 3 qualification in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), ensuring he meets the highest professional standards and is equipped with up-to-date knowledge to guide clients effectively.
Motivated by a desire to streamline the mortgage journey, Kyle launched Lovejoy Financial Services to offer a fresh, client-centered approach. His aim is to make financing a home as smooth and stress-free as possible, instilling confidence at every step. As both a homeowner and property investor, Kyle understands the hurdles and rewards of securing the right mortgage and is committed to providing advice that reflects his practical insights and personal touch.

Ozzy is our Chief Moral Officer here at Forty Eight Estates! He is always hard at work warming laps, offering free ‘paw-therapy’ sessions, and ensuring no crumbs survive after lunchtime. His unmatched expertise in sniffing out snacks and his relentless pursuit of the perfect nap spot make him an invaluable asset to our team.
